Hibiscus Mint Coconut Chamomile Tea

Cook time: 1/2 day

  • 8 cups Water

  • 1/2 cup Dried Hibiscus

  • 1/4 cup Dried Chamomile

  • 1 tbsp. Dried Candela

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Mint

  • 1 can Organic coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup Honey or Agave

Tea:

Mix dried herbs and fresh mint with water and bring to a boil.

When boiling, turn down to simmer, & shimmer for 20 minutes.

Add agave. Remove from heat and let sit 10 mins.

Strain liquid from plants over sink into glass jar. Keep the hibiscus and other plants for dye projects or to infuse oils.

Let jar cool off on counter then put glass jar in fridge.

When completely cooled, pour over a little coconut milk in a glass and stir slightly. Top it off with a bamboo straw and a couple fresh mint leaves.

Optional: can add water to dilute tea slightly and make last longer.
